Medium of Interchange of Information:
SGKMM.ORG acts as a platform for only Kansara Cast CANDIDATES to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that SGKMM.ORG will only provide platform between and among Kansara Cast candidate within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such candidate and do not participate or involve in candidate's matrimony.

SGKMM.ORG is not the agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. SGKMM.ORG will be a disinterested person in the event of disputes between or among the matrimonial candidate, though it may facilitate an amicable resolution of such disputes.
 

Bio-data for matrimonial aspects of the Candidate will be published on "HOMEPAGE" of website sgkmm.org and "DETAILED PAGE" of  candidate matrimonial bio-data will be created separately and linked in "MATRIMONY PAGE" of SGKMM.ORG. Matrimonial Bio-data of Candidate will be visible to everyone who access our website www.sgkmm.org . SGKMM  can not prevent or put filter on this.

Any action taken by the user on the basis of the information , matrimonial, astrological or otherwise, contained in this site is the user’s responsibility alone and SHRI GUJARATI KANSARA MAHAMANDAL MUMBAI will not be liable in any manner for the consequences of such action taken by the user.

You will not post in Matrimonial Profile or on on Guestbook Page or on Feedback Form or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights.

You will not use any information published on SGKMM.ORG as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

SGKMM.ORG has the right to suspend your matrimonial profile without any prior notice.

SGKMM.ORG reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one.

Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" or "Business Profit" etc.
